The phone system and the customer record, in one place.

Your team answers calls in a browser. Every call, recording, voicemail, text and email lands on the customer it belongs to — so the next person to pick up already knows what happened last time.

Also the CRM. It syncs with Reckon and QuickBooks; Xero and MYOB are on the way.

Or book a demo and pick a time that suits you.

The PhoneUs dashboard, showing active calls, agents online, calls taken today, who is waiting in a queue, recent call activity and the status of each agent.
The dashboard, as it counts the day.

What it does

A cloud phone system and call-centre software in one, for a business where the phone matters. No PBX in the cupboard and nothing to install.

Answer, transfer and hold in the browser

Your team takes calls from a browser tab, and can carry a call onto their mobile when they step away. Nothing to install on every desk, and somebody working from home works the same way as somebody at a desk. Desk handsets are on our roadmap.

Menus, queues and opening hours

Build the path a caller takes — press 1 for accounts, hold for the next person, go to voicemail after hours. Opening hours are yours to set, including public holidays for your state.

Every call on the customer's record

Calls, recordings, voicemail, SMS and email sit together on the customer's record, in the order they happened, for anyone on your team to find. So do their contacts, your notes, their contracts and what they have been billed — it is where the customer lives, not just where their calls are filed.

See the phones as they happen

Whether a call was answered, and by whom. On a bigger team, who is on a call, who is free and who is waiting — and a supervisor can listen in, coach an agent so only they can hear, or join the call outright.

Recordings you control

Record everything or nothing, tell callers you are doing it, and keep recordings for exactly as long as you have decided to — not as long as somebody else decided for you.

Reports that agree with each other

Run a report on screen or have it emailed on a schedule. Each one says exactly which calls it counts, so you never have the wallboard saying 40 calls, the report saying 37, and nobody sure why.

A customer's record in PhoneUs, on the timeline tab: two signed contracts, an invoice and a run of inbound and queue calls, each with who took it and how long it lasted, listed in the order they happened.
One customer, everything that happened, in order.

And the bit most people forget

Software on its own does not answer a phone. The numbers, the connection and somebody who picks up when it goes wrong all have to come from somewhere.

The lines behind it

Numbers, porting your existing ones across, and the internet connection it all runs over. One supplier for the phone system and the service under it.

Set up for how you work

We build the menus, queues, hours and reports with you rather than handing over an empty system and a manual.

Support from people who built it

When something is wrong you are not raising a ticket with a vendor overseas. We wrote it, we run it, and we answer the phone.

Where your calls and data live

Your own deployment, in Australia

Every customer gets their own PhoneUs, not a share of somebody else's. It runs in our own Australian data centre by default, or in Amazon Web Services' Sydney region if you would rather it did.

Calls through Sydney

Voice traffic runs through Twilio's Sydney region. We hold that account and the support relationship behind it, so it stays our problem — you only ever deal with us.

Recordings encrypted at rest

Call recordings are encrypted where they are stored, and kept only for as long as you have decided to keep them. Our privacy policy has the rest.

What it costs

A monthly fee for the system and the server it runs on, sized to your team, plus $15.00 a month for each agent activated in it. Every plan is the same system with the same features; calls, messages and numbers are charged at one rate card whatever size you are.

Small

Up to 15 agents

For a business where the phone is part of the day rather than all of it — a front desk, a clinic reception, a trade or professional office answering one or two numbers.

$209 / month

With 10 agents: $359 a month, before calls.

What is included

Medium

16 – 50 agents

For a team whose day is the phone — a service, accounts or collections desk with several queues and menus, a supervisor keeping an eye on the floor, and regular texts to customers.

$489 / month

With 30 agents: $939 a month, before calls.

What is included

Large

51 – 150 agents

For a contact centre — queues busy from open to close, several teams and supervisors, and messaging at volume.

$949 / month

With 100 agents: $2,449 a month, before calls.

What is included

More than 150 agents is priced to suit. Talk to us. All prices in Australian dollars, excluding GST, on a 12-month minimum term. See the full rate card.

Talk to us

Tell us how your calls come in today and what you wish happened instead. We will show you the system doing it rather than send you a brochure.

Or call 1300 845 293 or email sales@phoneus.com.au.

A call in PhoneUs, start to finish: it arrives and is recognised, notes go in while it is live, it is handed to a colleague, and it lands on the customer's record. About a minute, narrated and captioned, on invented customers.

We will use this to answer your enquiry and nothing else. See our privacy policy.
